My name is Chef Mark Chapman (Chappy). I have been in the restaurant business for about 30 years now. I have experienced many ways to prepare and cook food to the highest level of satisfaction in different influences of foods from all over the world. My wife and son are my biggest fans when it comes to cooking.

In my opinion, the best foods to be eaten to get through your day is a good Breakfast and Lunch. people get the true essence of the Chef when these meals are prepared and cooked in a Home-style way. The words “Home Style” to me means is to evolve the simplest form of food to a well -seasoned and nutritious cooked meal to be enjoyed thoroughly.

The desire to cook like this came from my first job as a Dishwasher. Within a year, the Owner/Chef saw something in me and poured as much knowledge as I can handle in to me. Especially the ways to cook from “Scratch”. From there, my desire blossomed throughout the years to learn as much as I could to be successful in bringing harmony to the palates of those I cooked for. So, please come and enjoy our atmosphere and food and let your taste buds and your appetite decide.

All soups are made with the freshest ingredients. Breakfast and Lunch Specials provided every day as well as “Take Out”.
